She also shared how Tristan stepped up by attending her son’s basketball games, taking him out to dinner, and defending her in situations involving her ex. Kim stated that she would never throw someone away and believes that people can grow and evolve. Having played 12 seasons in the NBA for various teams, including the Cleveland Cavaliers, Boston Celtics, Sacramento Kings, Indiana Pacers, Chicago Bulls, and Los Angeles Lakers, Tristan recently signed a new contract with the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Khloe explained how the seizures have caused severe brain damage, preventing Amari from walking or talking. She also revealed that Amari’s condition is in a frightening state, as it will become worse once he reaches 20 years old if there are no improvements.
