Jennifer Aniston reveals her beauty secrets: The star, 53, begins her day with lemon water, does ‘climbing cardio classes’ and meditates

Jennifer Aniston has been able to maintain her incredible size 2 shape even as she has settled into her 50s.
And this week the 53-year-old Morning Show actress shared with First For Women magazine exactly how she is able to look so youthful even when she works full time on her acting career and heads up companies like LolaVie Haircare.
The 5ft5in cover girl admitted that she keeps her diet in check by starting her day off with warm lemon water and she also takes climbing classes on her stair climber. But the best part of her day is the time she sets aside to meditate, said the Friends vet.

In the section titled Curbs Cravings: Breakfast With A Twist, the blonde beauty said: ‘During quarantine I loved cooking.’
The Cake actress added: ‘When I wake up I have warm lemon water, then a shake or avocado and eggs. I found ways to make eggs every which way.’
The ex-wife of Oscar-winning actor Brad Pitt then shared: ‘But I also do oatmeal with an egg white whipped in.
‘Do it right before the oatmeal is finished cooking – it gives extra protein and this fluffy texture that’s delicious.’

In an interview with Radio Times promoting her Apple TV+ show The Morning Show, Aniston revealed that intermittent fasting (IF) has changed her life.
She practices a version of IF called the 16:8 diet.
‘I do intermittent fasting, so no food in the morning I noticed a big difference in going without solid food for 16 hours.’
As far as working out, she told First For Women puts in the work but likes variety.

‘Changing up my workout routine is key,’ she began. ‘I always try to surprise my muscles.’
She said she works out at Rise Nation, which is a fitness climbing cardio class on the stair climber.
‘It’s such a great workout,’ said the best friend of Courteney Cox and Sandra Bullock.
‘And when my trainer Leyon, whom I love more than life, handed me a jump rope for the first time, I said, “You’re out of your mind,”‘ the star with a 23in waistline shared.
‘I would dread doing it and I would skip instead of jump over the rope,’ added the Los Angeles native.
‘He kept saying, “No, do it correctly.” It was so irritating,’ shared the daughter of soap opera actor John Aniston.
‘But within six months my jumping became fluid. Now I can just go and go and go.’
For her skin, she treats herself to a mini facial once a week.
And the siren said that one of the things she looks forward to the most is meditation in a quiet, comfortable space.
‘It’s my favorite moment,’ said the ex-wife of Justin Theroux, whom she has stayed good friends with.
‘I wish we could freeze time in that magic hour because there’s a lot of taking it all in, the appreciation of the day.’
Also doing yoga, sitting quietly and writing helps her focus on calm.
And shockingly, she said doing dishes is very relaxing for her as she likes to keep her kitchen tidy.
And Aniston has gotten into organizing her Bel-Air, California mansion which she shares with three dogs, Clyde, Sophie and Lord Chesterfield.
