In a recent interview, Gal opened up about the injuries she sustained while filming her latest project, Heart Of Stone. She shared that she has four slipped discs in her neck and back due to the intense fight scenes in the Netflix spy action thriller. Despite being a mother of three daughters and receiving strange looks because of her bruises, Gal expressed her enjoyment of performing her own stunts and combat sequences in the movie. She mentioned feeling empowered and in control during these physically demanding scenes, even though she often bears the marks of her hard work in the form of bruises on her body. Gal acknowledged that such injuries are a normal part of the job for her, including having two herniated discs in her neck and two in her back.

After winning the title of Miss Israel in 2004, Gal served two years of mandatory military duty before pursuing a law degree, all while doing some modeling on the side.
In 2009, she showcased her fighting skills on the big screen as Gisele Yashar in the movie Fast & Furious, continuing the role in the sequels Fast Five in 2011 and Fast & Furious 6 in 2013, where she performed many of her own stunts.
